Enterprise systems, asset management, financial technology, integration, and solution delivery

I am a senior technology professional with extensive experience solving complex business and operational problems across enterprise applications, financial systems, infrastructure, integration, data, and software delivery.

My current work focuses on IBM Maximo Application Suite and enterprise asset management in a public-sector utility environment, including mobile, GIS, reporting, integrations, testing, upgrades, and application support. Earlier in my career, I spent more than a decade leading technology for a lending business, supporting loan origination and servicing processes across application development, data, APIs, customer communications, telephony, infrastructure, security, and vendor platforms.

My background is deeply technical, but my focus is broader than software development alone: understanding how systems, business processes, users, vendors, and data fit together, then designing practical solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and service.
